If so, this session is truly going to change your leadership journey! As pre-work, you are being asked to complete the TTI TriMetrix® EQ – triple science assessment – it’s best-in-class! It examines the (DISC) behaviors YOU and individuals bring to the job. After you learn about the “how”, you will learn about your driving forces – the “why” that moves you into action, and an understanding of your own emotional intelligence. Sounds powerful? You bet it is! You will leave with a 60-page customized report that will help you better understand your strengths, development areas and how you apply emotional intelligence. 

Please register at least 2-3 weeks prior as the assessment needs to be completed this early for best results.
