We are excited to announce that JoAnn Jackson, of Four Points Learning, who was with us last year for “Conflict Resolution for Leaders” has agreed to come back and facilitate this very timely workshop! JoAnn’s course last year was full of very practical tools and solutions.  Those who attended will remember that we had lots of take-aways, a few good laughs and a fun time learning! We are expecting JoAnn to bring that same level of expertise, wit and humor to drive some points home in this course as well.  JoAnn comes to us with over 35 years of experience in leadership and leadership development in both the government and corporate sectors.

In this engaging four-hour workshop, you will learn skills that will help you address, identify solutions and overcome obstacles that present themselves when dealing with “challenging” people. 

Come prepared to discuss real life scenarios and to engage in practical, hands-on, role-play exercises that are designed to equip you with tools and ideas to ensure your success.
