Leadership Focus is our program for those interested in deepening their knowledge about Palm Beach County but don’t have the time or experience to participate in our ten-month Leadership Engage Program. It’s a 3 day program for executives and professionals who want to broaden their understanding of our community, connect with people of influence, and explore Palm Beach County’s strengths, challenges, and initiatives. The Focus class will travel as a group, on a bus and by foot, to various locations throughout Palm Beach County and learn from top professionals from many of the industries that shape our county.
